Privacy Policy

IGOS is a European sales and marketing partner. We manage advertising campaigns and sales channels on behalf of the companies and brands we work with. This policy explains what happens to data on this website, and how we handle data inside the advertising accounts we are authorised to manage.
1. Who is responsible
IGOS is the controller for the data described in this policy. You can reach us at success@igos.io for anything to do with privacy, including the requests listed in section 7.
2. This website
This site does not collect anything about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no embedded third-party content and no forms. Nothing is stored in your browser. Every file the page loads, including its fonts, comes from this domain, so no third party learns that you visited.
The only exception is ordinary technical data. Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that processes connection data such as your IP address and the time of the request, to serve the page and protect it from abuse. This is kept for a short period and is not used to build any profile of you.
If you email us using a link on this site, we receive whatever you put in that email. We use it to answer you and nothing else.
3. Advertising accounts we manage
Our internal tools connect to advertising platforms, including through the Google Ads API, so that we can build, run and report on campaigns in the accounts we are authorised to handle. What we access is campaign and account data: performance figures, budgets, settings and the creative assets used in the advertising.
We access this data only to run and report on those campaigns, on the instructions of the account owner. In that work we act on behalf of the account owner, who decides what is collected and why.
4. Who can see it
Access is limited to IGOS staff who need it for their work. We do not sell, rent or trade data. We share it only with the advertising platforms and service providers needed to run the accounts we manage.
5. How long we keep it
We keep campaign and performance data while we manage the account. After that we keep it only where reporting, accounting or the law requires it. Email is kept until the matter it concerns is dealt with. Technical server data is kept only briefly.
6. Where data is processed
We operate in Europe. Some of the advertising platforms and service providers we use process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, those transfers rely on the safeguards permitted under EU data protection law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to success@igos.io and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
If your request concerns an advertising account we manage for someone else, we will pass it to the account owner, who is responsible for answering it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
