These terms cover this website and IGOS Marketing, the application we use to manage advertising accounts. They do not cover our sales and distribution work, which is a separate part of what IGOS offers.
1. Who we are
IGOS is a European sales and marketing partner. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean IGOS, and "you" means anyone using this website or the application.
2. What these terms cover
Two things: this website, and the IGOS Marketing application.
They do not cover our sales and distribution services. Those are covered by the agreement we sign with each client. If we have such an agreement with you, it beats anything written on this page.
3. This website
This site is provided for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or advice, and nothing on it forms a contract, for advertising work or for anything else. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
4. The application
IGOS Marketing is for authorised IGOS staff. It is not offered to the public and there is no public sign-up. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.
When we manage an advertising account for you, we act on your instructions and within the rules of the platform.
5. Your responsibilities
If you give us material to advertise with, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that using it breaks no law or platform rule. You remain responsible for what you ask us to advertise.
6. No warranty
We do not promise that this website or the application will be free of errors, or that they will always be available. We give no warranties beyond the ones the law requires us to give.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or the application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to IGOS. You may read and share it, but not copy it for your own commercial use without our permission.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website or the application means you accept the updated terms.
